- Daily Herald Endorsements: Vroman, Crabtree, Gambaiani for Dist. 200 http://www.dailyherald.com/article/20150311/news/150319839/
- Jan Shaw’s comment on above article: Gambaiani and Vroman are polar opposites. Vroman consistently votes for tax-to-the-max and every spending idea the administration presents. Gambaiani consistently opposed the tax-to-the-max. Unlike Vroman, he opposed Dr. Harris’ new five year contract and associated $20,000 base salary increase and the $40,000 waiver of Dr. Harris walk away contract obligation. Gambaiani opposed placing the failed Jefferson referendum on the ballot (too expensive) and the Engage 200 initiative. True community engagement could have been done for a lot less than the $85,000 spent to get the “desired outcome.” See: https://dupagewatchdog.org/category/schools/cusd-200/ I am Backing Gambaiani and Tonn.
